Celtic are only selling tickets for 10 sections of the stadium for Saturday’s friendly against Middlesbrough.
Tickets are available for five sections in the North Stand Lower and five in the South Stand. There are plenty of options within each section.
After a year of complete contempt from the club it seems that supporters are waking up to how the club is operating.
No tickets have been released for the Upper Tier of the North Stand or Jock Stein Stand.
Celtic claimed that 99.5% of Season Ticket holders renewed. It looks like 80% of them won’t be attending Saturday’s match.
Middlesbrough fans are keen on the fixture. Around 9,000 are expected to make the journey from Teeside.
The atmosphere at the match is likely to be a cross between a Reform Rally and Last Night at The Proms.
Celtic Chairman Brian Wilson will be familiar with most of the songs from the away fans.

Scunnered seems to be the most popular reaction from Celtic fans as they prepare for the new season.
Less than two months on from one of the most dramatic title wins there is no enthusiasm for the new season.
ENTHUSIASM DRAINS AWAY FROM CELTIC FANS
Even the Happy Clappers at Celtic Quick News have been warned that another title success is only a 33% chance. This despite the inspired leadership of Dermot Desmond, Peter Lawwell and Michael Nicholson.
Saturday will be eight weeks on from the Scottish Cup Final win over Dunfermline.
Camilo Duran is the only addition to last season’s squad. Nicholson is still negotiating deals for Kelechi Iheanacho and Marcelo Saracchi.
Last season the Celtic Fans Collective called for a boycott of the Scottish Cup tie against Dundee. No attendance figure was released, informed estimates suggested around 23,000.
Chairman Wilson hasn’t delivered a Supporters Update since June 11 when he promised fans some very active weeks.
Next Saturday Celtic host AC Milan before the SPFL opener on August 3 at home to Dundee.
On August 18/19 and 26/27 O’Neill takes Celtic into a Champions League Play Off. Less than 18 months ago Bayern Munich required an 88th minute goal to knock Celtic out at the Round of 16 Play Off.

The faithful aren’t that scunnered obviously…They still backed the Board by buying a season ticket…Go figure.
Exactly TN, and that’s all the board need….
I won’t be going to any of the pre season games with my family we have 4 season tickets I think paying over £3000 for season tickets is enough. I’m sick of the board using the fans as cash cows and we get nothing in return
The odious Desmond and his malignant cabal of corporate greed and austerity fc only want your money it’s their modus operandi the season ticket holders have given carte blanch to do what they want which is keep the money. Stop giving them your money or you are complicit in the destruction of our club
A couple of poor attended friendlies won’t bother the board one bit. They know most fans will return and the ones who don’t have already paid for their ST, so again they won’t care.
Did you give up your season ticket this year Che?
Just curious.
I gave all 3 of my season tickets up the minute the panto was revealed. When Celtic PLC refused to do a thing about the years we were cheated by the mob across the city I handed all my seats back. From that point they showed me how they felt about my time, my support and my hard earned cash.
They made no claim over the years of cheating on my/our behalf and as a result they no longer get my money. I support from a distance. The contempt for the fans continues. That said it’s your money do what you want with it.
Made your bed Celtic ST holders, now lie in it; zero sympathy.
One big Celtic family. Isn’t that right? How many of you moaners have given up your season ticket this season?
I’ve had a book for decades in a wonderful seat next to my pals. If I give it up, I’ll never go back to Celtic Park8 becasue i won’t go to sit on my own in a shit seat away from my friends. By giving up my book, I lose my one true pleasure in life to make the club better for everyone else. Alternatively, if someone else buys my book, I’ve made the sacrifice for literally no effect whatsoever. Where is the sense in that?
It would be lovely, if you lot can stop being so self righteous and end the bleating on about this in every comments section. It is beyond tiresome.
I gave up my season ticket around 10 years ago after ‘Daddy’ Lawwell never challenged Doncaster when he said that ‘Rangers’ (Doncaster’s lies and not mine) were the same club – Absolutely…
Do I miss it – Bloody Hell Aye – Of course I do…
But principles and all that…
Perhaps throwness as well…
But I was financially cheated by the clubs from Liebrox both alive and dead and when our own said nothing that was it for me…
Completely different reasons from the current climate it has to be said !
