Derek McInnes has made signing Number 11 of his Staunch Revolution with Kosta Nedeljkovic joining on loan from Aston Villa.
The deal does come with an obligation to buy if certain appearance thresholds are met.
Already Nedeljkovic is being compared favourably to James Tavernier. Just as Young Ross McCrorie was a month ago.
After losing out last week to Jagiellonia the signing emphasis at Ibrox has switched to the loan market.
James Penrice came in on loan from AEK Athens straight after the Europa League exit.
Aston Villa spent 8m euros on Nedeljkovic in June 2024.
After two seasons hampered by injuries it seems that Villa are happy to cut their losses and move Nedeljkovic off the wage bill.
Kosta Nedeljkovic wasted no time getting to know his new Rangers team-mates after signing this morning. ?

Over two seasons at Villa and on loan at RB Leipzig Nedeljkovic has started 20 matches in the last two seasons.
MCINNES’ SCATTERGUN APPROACH TO RECRUITMENT
Even the most loyal of bears would struggle to name the 11 signings made by McInnes.
Lawrence Shankland was the first to sign up with McInnes giving the 31-year-old the armband worn with distinction by Tavernier.
Shanks has started three of five matches to date, scoring one goal, a penalty against Jagiellonia.
Dan Neil captained the club in the away leg against the Polish side. Against St Mirren on Sunday he was sitting on the bench alongside Shankland.
Nico Raskin captained the side against St Mirren, when Shankland came off the bench the Belgian star refused to hand over the armband.
On Thursday night Jablonec visit Ibrox hoping to turn the lights out on European football.
Last season the despised Russell Martin won through two rounds of Champions League qualifiers before being found out by Club Brugge.
If McInnes gets bounced out of two European competitions he will face a tough job convincing fans that his Staunch Revolution is on course to deliver success.
Following the return leg against Jablonec McInnes takes his side to Aberdeen.
Pittodrie fans have never taken kindly to former employees moving to Ibrox.

Ah well – More world beaters then…
Makes a nice fu**in change from more wife beaters though !
Lol,watch for the add-on shite being spread again when the loaned players return to their parent clubs with the shite sevco have a percentage sell-on clause for said players being Ibrox.
Remember they tried that shite the last time, lol, when it cost Bayern money to take their loaned player back from sevco, then
paid sevco money for own players return from loan.
Just think of the money sevco are going to be making when these loaned players return home to their club.
The Ibrox club will be millionaires, lol.
This time next year Rodney,we will be millionaires.
Going by the Daily Ranger you would think this was the coup of the century…”The right-back moved to Aston Villa from Red Star Belgrade in the summer of 2024, having signed in January, and has since had two successive loan spells with RB Leipzig.”….
This has made my day!
Looks like captain fantastic Shankland will not be invited to wee Rascal’s next Paris Pizza Party…no sir ! That’s a shame ‘cos big Shankland looks like he does enjoy a big thick ‘ slice ‘ or more ..doesn’t he ? He looks like old Alfoodo – the chunky bulky slow hot tempered ex theRangers striker in that sense ? The favoured ‘Scooby Snack ‘ now becomes the ‘Shanks’ Snack ! ‘ Yaaaaggeeeeee…..yikes ..hey Scoob !
