Attempting to make the club look strong. The loan transfer of Thelo Aasgaard to Anderlecht confirmed that everyone at Ibrox is available to go out on loan without any obligation to buy.
More drama can be expected before the final transfer window closes.
A year ago Russell Martin dropped Raskin from his squad as he angled for a transfer. Of course there were no serious bids made.
Raskin is under contract until May 2028. It looks like he will be hanging around Ibrox for a while yet.
Standard Liege are due a 20% cut on any profit after selling Raskin in January 2023.
Raskin is trouble …with a big mouth to go with it ! Apart from his snide dirty style of play other clubs know that buying him is like playing with fire with his kind of attitude and arrogance . Really asking for serious trouble …then trying to offload him is another nightmare because of it . Like trying to sell mouldy bread on the cheap .

Raskin is an angry young Jack Russell of a footballer, he brings trouble to relations with all of his managers. He has no polish or elegance in his approach and is more trouble than what he is worth.
