12th August 2026; Ibrox Stadium, Glasgow, Scotland; UEFA Europa League Qualifier Football, Rangers versus Jagiellonia Bialystok; Rangers manager Derek McInnes
The angry bears were out in force last night as the Ibrox Galacticos were held to a 2-2 draw by Dundee.
Steven Pressley matched and surpassed Derek McInnes in every area as the visitors passed up the chance to go to the top of the SPFL Premiership table.
Barry Ferguson and Kris Boyd told the Gullible what they wanted to hear about an epic weekend.
As did the lads at The Rangers Review as they prepared to celebrate their first ever title win. Earlier in the day Editor Johnny McFarlane had watched Hibs slump into bottom place after losing at home to Falkirk.
Win number eight for the McInnes Revolution then sit back and watch Celtic suffer at home to Hearts. What could possibly go wrong?
The songs of hate were out in force among the away fans but Ian Crocker refused to comment on them to Sky Sports viewers.
After the players of both sides ‘supported’ Show Racism The Red Card the away fans were soon singing The Famine Song. Their celebration of around one million deaths across Ireland.
Par for the course from Andrew Cavenagh’s supporters.
Dundee took the lead in the 37th minute when Bradley Fink waltzed through the Ibrox defence then tucked his low shot into the net off the post.
Before the break the visitors equalised through Badredine Bouanani with Nico Raskin scoring on the hour mark to kick off hysteria and party scenes.
@RangersReview55 Abysmal, again.
No Rangers manager should be changing a team and formation because we are set to play Dundee.
Gassama garbage as usual.
Sterling & Fernandez poor for goal, as was Neil— Graeme Thomas (@GraemeThomas62) October 17, 2026
IBROX ANGER AS TOP PLACE IS THROWN AWAY
There was to be a sting in the tail nine minutes after Raskin’s Goal of the Season contender.
Former Peterborough bombscare Manny Fernandez put Raskin under pressure with a back-pass. When the ball was played to Dan Neil he was quickly dispossessed by Callum Jones who stepped forward to shoot past the pint-sized Ibrox keeper.
Anger met desperation in the closing minutes as McInnes’ side felt the pressure of expectations.
They tried everything for an equaliser but were denied a penalty or a red card for the home side.
Dujon Sterling escaped a red when he wiped out Alan Forrest on the halfway line with the former Hearts winger racing towards goal.
@RangersReview55 We go 2-1, extra midfielder on and shut up shop.
Fernandez at the second goal needs to put the ball down the line not make it tight by giving it to Raskin.
McInnes will win us zero if he changes a winning team.
Tinkering has consequences.— Michael Bell (@mbell1958)
Just three minutes of stoppage time were played with Dundee holding on comfortably as they moved to two points behind Hearts in fourth place.
QUESTIONS RETURN FOR LOYAL MCINNES
Celtic now have the opportunity to crank up the pressure on McInnes by beating Hearts to go four points clear in the Premiership table.
Yesterday’s decision to drop Kevin Kelsy didn’t go down well with Bears.
It was a reminder of McInnes’ safety first policy which ultimately cost Hearts the title last season.
Next up at Ibrox is a visit from St Johnstone followed by a hostile trip back to Tynecastle on October 28.
Any more slips and the attitude towards McInnes could return to August levels when the former Hearts boss master-minded two UEFA exits to deny the fans those fabled Ibrox Thursday’s.
@RangersReview55 Same shite that’s happened for years. We do the hard work and fuck the easy work, some of the team play out their skin and do what’s necessary whilst their teams mates are having a fuck about.

After two wins over Celtic McInnes was getting the full Sir Walter treatment.
He might be an expert at parking the bus but as he showed last season with Hearts McInnes carries a real fear into every away match.
Those issues are being raised again. Failure to win away to Hearts on October 28 will make life very difficult for McInnes with two European exits already on his Charge Sheet.
@RangersReview55 Questions need to be asked of manager again. Naderi ain’t a one up top striker as we’ve seen pre 2 up top. All game tried to play out for back when you have Fernandez cb and as for him and gassama less said the better. Yet both keep getting selected by manager.

@RangersReview55 2 weeks in a row we’ve turned up for 45 minutes ,absolutely disgusting attitude from the players ,unacceptable and thinking they can just turn up and get handed 3 points.

Did they not get the usual assistance from the men in black.
Hey Joe, can we have translations for some of the “bearz” comments please?
Sure. Basically We Are The People and right now we are angry people. #NS #GSTK.
