Celtic fans were delighted to see Olivier Ntchum complete his transfer to Celtic.
The midfielder was pictured in Glasgow at the weekend with the club announcing that a four year contract has been completed for the French u-21 internationalist.
A fee of between £4m and £7m seems be being bandied about with the higher figure likely to be dependent on Ntchum helping Celtic to reach the group phase of the Champions League.
Midfield is probably the strongest area of Brendan Rodgers squad but that didn’t dampen the fans enthusiasm for the new bhoy.

I’ve not seen a unit like @OlivierNtcham since Big Victor. I’m just sad @Joey7Barton bottled it and isn’t around to take a pumping off him.

The physicality of the new signing seemed to impress the fans with one comparing Ntcham to Victor Wanyama.
Ntcham certainly looks the part, after two seasons in Serie A with Genoa the hard-men of Scottish football are unlikely to cause him any sleepless nights.
Europe and the Champions League are the reasons that the midfielder was brought to the club with Brendan Rodgers likely to assess the players fitness before deciding whether he can be involved in Friday’s Champions League qualifier against Linfield.
