Chris Sutton has crossed an important line- accusing Brendan Rodgers of not keeping his word with Moussa Dembele.
The wording of a particular football contract is known to very few people with even less knowing the agreements associated with the deal.
When you throw in a slight language difficulty it becomes even more complex but all that it took was one tweet from Dembele for Rodgers to jump to conclusions.
The Celtic striker was very careful with his choice of words selecting an image with ‘A man without his word is nothing. A real man keeps his word’ added on.

In Dembele’s current situation that comment is very much open to interpretation.
Was it aimed at someone at Lyon, a football agent or someone at Celtic? Peter Lawwell or Rodgers?
Sutton had no doubt who it was aimed at.
.@btsportfootball Moussa Dembele clearly calling out Brendan Rodgers… “A man without his word is nothing. A real man keeps his word”….

When Dembele liked that tweet the debate took on a whole new meaning, later he also tweeted.
Don’t get it wrong Bhoys and Ghirls nothing to do with people who really care about the club @CelticFC ????too much love and respect for you and the crest #CarefulWhoYouCallTheLeaderOfYours pic.twitter.com/3FR1YoJLHr

Whether the striker manages his own twitter account isn’t clear, most high profile sportsmen have a third party, related to their agent, managing their social media account.
Dembele can play that card to explain his midnight tweeting, with his prolific tweeting it seems pretty clear that Sutton is responsible for his own output and has made a very serious allegation against the Celtic manager.
