The latest Connor Goldson handball incident attracted most attention from Internet Bampots at Tannadice yesterday but it was far from the only incident that went in favour of the visitors.

Micky Beale’s run of good fortune continued with two goals soon after half time settling the points with Dundee United unable to find a way back into the match.

On another day and against different opponents United could have been given a lifeline with a 64th minute penalty but Steven McLean, brother of a former Murray Park starlet, missed the incident as did the assistant referee and VAR.

Steven Fletcher was the main attacking focus for the home side, something that Ryan Jack was well aware of.

Facing away from the ball to track his opponents the Ibrox midfielder pushed Fletcher as he prepared to head the ball. With the header miscued the ball struck Jack on the arm. Of course McLean waved play on.

On Sunday at Hampden Aberdeen will be up again Bearsden PE teacher Nick Walsh, taking charge of his sixth out of 24 domestic matches involving the Ibrox club.

There has been no public comment from United about McLean’s performance yesterday or from Aberdeen about the appointment of their Hampden official.

And still the silence is golden from our own club one week on from the game we got cheated out of.
Again one week on from when our club was due to call out the SFA over those DODGY decisions and still the middle of a doughnut.

Let’s not kid ourselves here, they did not miss it, they saw it.

The Fletcher 1 isn’t a penalty but the Goldson ones definitely are.

Totally disagree. Jack isnae even watching the Baw and gives him a wee nudge then handles the fckn thing.

Maybe not missed,, more just ignored

We can highlight till the cows come home, they just don’t get given against the Newco.
Penalties will be awarded against them only when the lge is gone or they are 4 up wi 10 mins to go, that evens up the stats so no questions can be asked about percentages.
The most crooked lge in football.

A “Nice Little Earner” for Walshy on Sunday, no need for Travel Expenses, although I am sure he’ll claim something! Just a short hop across to Hampden from his home residence, I don’t think he stays in Aberdeen! He’ll be able to sit for Tea with his buddies in the Hampden hierarchy before the game, chewin’ the fat, as it were! He’ll feel right at home for the game. Wonder what the odds are on a … no, don’t!

The “push” by Jack wasn’t a penalty in my opinion but the hand ball immediately afterwards was.

2 strong handball claims in the game that weren’t even considered.

Did D.U. have nothing to say about this or is it so commonplace now it’s not worth mentioning?

Scottish football as a sport is kaput and vershtuppt.

Jack really is a knuckle-dragger, thick as Xmas pudd. Look at his eyes and there’s nobody home and every time his mouth is open, catching flies!? He’s like “Education?” What the fock is that? A money grabbing dirty little piece of Hun filth!
And no way it wasn’t a penalty! He clearly pushes Fletcher off the ball. But the thing is, he knows he’ll get away with it! But he’s so fockin’ thick though, he goes and handles the ball then. But guess what? Yes, he gets away with that as well. It’s enough to make you hate them all!

McLean? “Yes I Had A Bath This Morning!”
