    1. ?… Straight out the CEO/DD Poundland playbook – promise them £7m signings (until the window shuts and we’ve sold our best players) and give them punts and free transfers.

  1. Is this the first “resurrect interest…” of the summer to go alongside the usual p#sh “monitoring”, “keeping tabs on”, “preparing a bid”? Celtic – taking shambles to a world class level

  2. They add insult to absolute contempt, they think we are daft , this is straight out of the Nero playbook, only they are playing the fiddle with our money , to say that they were behaving as if they are a club in financial distress is an absolute insult to any club in financial distress. Stop giving them your money or you are complicit in the destruction of our club

    1. Im starting to think the board have taken the “not another penny campaign” to heart and said “right, 2 can play at that game”

  3. Two weeks remain until our first league match. Most of the summer has been squandered. Fourteen players have left the club. Two have signed. I don’t think the squad has ever been so threadbare, nevermind that more departures of key players are expected.

With Michael Nicholson doing his best to deal with tricksy agents and difficult players, working night and day to secure top class talent, we can rest easy. It might feel like we are flirting with disaster but do not worry, our chief executive, our chief negotiator, big Mike NIcholson will sort it out. It’s going to be fine. Legend.

    1. ? Magic Mike; the man, the hits… who can forget his classics including bringing us Lawwell Jr, Holm, Palma, Shin, Balikwisha, Nancy, EPL loans, failure to keep players who actually WANT to be in Glasgow, the Dolberg disaster, Braum embarrassment, and who can only do selling transfers (or any transfers that.dont require him to call Daddy Desmond). If he truly is ‘working hard in the background’ then he doubly needs to go as he is shockingly bad. The alternative excuse – that he is perennially gaslighting fans is a far more likely scenario. Either way, he needs to go.

  4. Year after year after year…striker striker striker…….whilst the obvious holes in the squad just get ignored.
Strikers are great when they score 1 or 2 every game, but when ur shipping 2 or 3 at the back against not the strongest of opposition in the spl, it kinda defeats the purpose.

  5. Once the season ticket holders who have given carte blanch to the odious Desmond and his malignant cabal of corporate greed and austerity fc the game was finished , so well done all those who bought and funded this junta of magic beans salesmen , I would laugh but it’s too tragic ,a bunch fools have given the keys to the club to a bunch of deadbeats. Stop giving them your money or you are complicit in the destruction of our club

  6. The board don’t give a shit. Honesty and professionalism left the club when Dom MacKay left. He was the best thing to happen to Celtic since Fergus and the incompetents got rid of him to hire more incompetents like themselves. They feel secure amongst like-minded incompetents.. The present excuse for a CEO has even admitted that he cannot do his job although he is probably too stupid to notice it.

I said a while ago that we should challenge the board legally as shareholders and fans interests are not being secured. Challenging them in court is the proper option going forward.
