Watch the classic moment where Jota humiliated Hearts defender

Football is an entertainment, Celtic winger Jota is a born entertainer.

Today Celtic beat Hearts 7-1 to stretch their lead at the top of the SPFL Premiership to four points.

It was an emphatic win, Celtic’s biggest in over a year.

But despite the flood of goals there was one other moment that the fans will cherish.

For 18 months Jota has been out of the Celtic team. A longer than usual absence for ACL surgery, after missing a complete season some fans wondered if they would ever again see the superstar from Portugal.

Last week at Motherwell Jota got 20 minutes off the bench with Celtic leading 2-0.

With Celtic leading 5-1 at the interval Jota was able to get a full 45 minutes.

Celtic didn’t hit the same heights but there was one moment of outstanding entertainment late in the second half.

JOTA THE MAGIC RETURNS FOR CELTIC

From the left flank Jota can go outside or cut in.

Jordi Altena knew the threat, being one-on-one with Jota is every defender’s nightmare.

All Jota had to do was draw his right foot back and Altena was beaten. The Celtic winger didn’t even touch the ball and his opponent was on his backside!

When he put his right foot back on the ground he tapped it inside, still at walking pace as the home fans roared their approval.
