Gerry McCulloch has sent out a ‘We’re Hiring’ message on Twitter.
Unfortunately it isn’t for a CEO, CFO, Head of Football Operations or Scouting Chief for Celtic.
All of those jobs need filled by competent appointments. Unfortunately they are currently filled by Michael Nicholson, Chris McKay and the multi-tasking duo of Martin O’Neill and Shaun Maloney. Who are both trying to win trophies while Nicholson enjoys vino-fuelled jollies to Italy.
McCulloch is actually looking to hire a ‘Videographer/Content Creator’ for Celtic’s multi-media team. A cheap hire is expected. One with limited or no experience of doing the job. The surnames of Strachan or Lawwell would be beneficial, or an endorsement from one of those families.
It is unlikely that the successful candidate will be required to be involved in painstaking interviews with the club CEO.
MCCULLOCH THE IN-HOUSE MASTERMIND
Nicholson has provided two in-house interviews during four years of avoiding his duties, it is highly unlikely that he will be speaking again in his role of CEO.
His awkward hug with Wilfried Nancy as the Frenchman got out of a taxi set the tone for a 33 day nightmare.
Trying too hard to come over as a regular guy Nicholson was clearly reading from a script as he enthused over the French flop.
A few bottles of vino in Bologna can do many things but Nicholson will forever be associated with appointing the worst manager in Celtic’s history.

McCulloch is the nodding dog charged with deluding fans through club media.
Pretending that Celtic is one big happy family. Churning out successes and admired far and wide.
Without Brendan Rodgers that myth has been cruelly exposed this season.
MEDIOCRITY
Celtic aspires to mediocrity which applies from the CEO to all club media content while attempting to extract top dollar from anti-establishment fans.
No longer are the fans gullible pushovers. Every aspect of club media is dissected and criticised.
McCulloch is in the firing line as much as everyone else with no love lost for the former Old Firm fan that headed up Super Scoreboard on Radio Clyde until 2017.
