SFA send in John Beaton to keep Sevco sweet

There shouldn’t be any dossiers getting leaked to Sky Sports tonight with John Beaton in charge at Ibrox for the Scottish Cup tie against Stirling Albion.

The Lanarkshire based referee is regarded as the safest pair of hands in the game with his crime sheet stretching back to allowing a Bilel Mohsni ‘goal’ to stand against Albion Rovers in 2014 when the Ibrox defender used his hands to put the ball over the line while fouling the Rovers keeper. Ally McCoist’s warriors got through in the replay with Beaton’s career taking off at a pace.

After a 25 month run without a domestic red card the Tribute Act suffered the shock of Ryan Kent being sent off at Aberdeen on Tuesday night.

That was enough for the dark edges of social media to put together their conspiracy with the club giving it the stamp of approval today.

Constructive talks have been held with the SFA about referee Kevin Clancy. Sky Sports leaked the story without any sort of balance or criticism with the SFA obligingly falling silent.

Tomorrow Clancy will referee the cup tie between Kelty Hearts and St Johnstone, Don Robertson will be in charge of the Alloa v Celtic match. Beaton will referee Wednesday’s Hearts v Celtic clash which will be shown live on Sky Sports.

Brothers United the whole governing body of scottish football is total corrupt and its getting even worse Beaton drinking with bigot fans after matches you could not make this up but only in Scotland its like a third world country full of corruption and like the tory government corrupt.

  • Allaboutceltic says:

Thanks for the painful reminder of the Mohsni barging the Albion Rovers keeper into the back of the net. Myself and a couple of friends chucked in a couple of quid (£74 to be precise) and stuck in on Rovers to win. We were looking at around £1700 back, until that animal took the keeper out and landed him in the back of the net and done us out our money?

Complaining because they had a man sent of in live game time for the first time in 750 days. Make no mistake, they’re terrified of us and this is their Keegan “I would love it” moment, and taking this action is acknowledgement to the public. Ange has them over a barrel. Get the game played on the 2nd. Destroy them and sit back and laugh at all the complaints and conspiracy theories. HA HA HAIL HAIL????

    • Brian says:

We can all come on here and Babbel all we want! Until our club do exactly what they do and drag the sfa over the coals this will continue, that is why I gave up my ticket, I refuse to pay money into a corrupt organisation, and Celtic are not far behind for allowing it.
