There was mixed reaction across Scottish football as Kelechi Iheanacho scored Celtic’s late winner at Motherwell.
The away fans at Fir Park were ecstatic as a final day title decider was set up for Saturday.
At Ibrox Hibs fans celebrated the goal more heartily than the 2-1 victory that their side had secured against Danny Rohl’s All Stars.
At Tynecastle there was a stark change in mood.
When the final whistle blew on their 3-0 win over Falkirk the Hearts players and fans were delighted.
But play was still going on at Fir Park.
CELTIC CELEBRATES- TYNECASTLE GOES INTO MOURING
All around Jambos celebrated. WAGS and weans appeared, As It Stands Celtic would need a three goal win on Saturday to deny Hearts the title.
Then Andrew Dallas stepped in after John Beaton decided not to apply the Laws of the Game.
Following a pitchside VAR Review the man from the Crown Bar had no option other than to award Celtic a penalty.
19 minutes 50 seconds.
And suddenly the smile was wiped from the faces of the Hearts players.
If they are to win the title they’ll need to get a draw in front of a full house at Celtic Park.
True they won at Celtic Park in December 2023 and 2025.
On both occasions the Celtic Board had banned the Green Brigade from attending. This season they compounded that lunacy by appointing Wilfried Nancy as manager.
On Saturday the Green Brigade will be in section 111, Martin O’Neill will be in the dug out.
Celtic Park will be a very different proposition to the December visit.
Hipster Nancy introduced a 3-5-1-1 system of play that basically involved one defender.
While Liam Sclaes hung back Kieran Tierney and Auston Trusty were told to push forward at all times.
That didn’t end well for Celtic or Nancy.
Thanks to Martin O’Neill and a dogged group of players the season can be rescued on Saturday.
It will be decided on one pitch with over 59,000 Celtic fans present to push their team onto a title success against all odds.

That poisoned punk over at tynecastle had to compose himself with his words of disgusting last night fearful that he had handed Celtic and MON an incentive to make him eat his words .
Watch as he realized his cock up trying to play it down , when the Celtic go out on to Celtic park they’ll have MONs last words ringing in their ears ” disgusting ” eh ? lets see about that !!
Mon the Celts !!! Hail Hail
Hello is that Radio Clyde? – I’d like to request Roy Orbison singing Crying and could you dedicate it to all those greetin (two) faced so and so’s in the Scottish media and especially last nights Sky sports panel, Kris Boyd, Gary Lineker, Derek McInnes and all huns everywhere. And not forgetting our old pals ‘world media reacts’ GIRUY – HH – COYBIG. Cheers.
What an enjoyable evening that was although the lies and rage in the media has to be called out. Celtic should ban every journalist and pundit indulging in the lies and the campaign to get hearts favours on Saturday. Give them something else to moan about. Michael Stewart’s comments in particular could have been lifted straight out of FF. The sfa may be right to ban the arsehole.
Unfortunately Celtic with Lucan as CEO will say f*uk all…
He’s the type that if he had a daughter and the boyfriend battered her on the Saturday night he’d get the best cuts of the Sunday roast the next fu**in day…
A spineless supine bas*tard of the highest order is Lucan !
Win Saturday Joe and it will be the sweetest league we have or ever will win… getting it right up the Scottish media, fat Sally the happy chappy, Boyd and his sky bigot mates and especially that horrible Hun b*****d McInnes, just praying come Saturday we can ramp that Billy boy bigot empty handed back up the road
